Inspired by personal growth and the realization of the need for a higher standard within healthcare, Dr. Peter Amato Ph.D., D.N.M. envisioned a wellness program that would unite both conventional and holistic/alternative medicine.
With that, Dr. Amato has created a truly unique wellness center that is a functional and integrative medicine practice.
We offer an overall mind-body approach to wellness that spans traditional medicine as well as a wide range of healing modalities including SCIO biofeedback, Autonomic Response Testing, Red Light Therapy, Quantum Reflex Analysis, Emotional Repolarization Testing, Light Beam Generator Therapy, Bioptron Light Therapy, plus Nutritional Education and Weight Loss Therapy, and full detoxification and immune boosting program.
Our Strategic Vision and Purpose Statement emphasize the importance of a holistic and integrative approach to self-healing.
As a way to deliver his cutting edge, Integrative Healthcare model, Dr. Amato founded the Inner Harmony Wellness Center. As a Practitioner and Educator, he currently sees patients, conducts workshops and seminars, and offers life-changing retreats. Dr. Amato is committed to assessing and addressing the nutritional, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. Here you will find a whole-person, relationship-based model of care that uses a multi-disciplinary approach, effectively combining conventional western practices with alternative and holistic therapies.

Both doctors and patients alike are bonding with the philosophy of integrative medicine and its whole-care approach focused on treating the whole person, not just masking their current symptoms. The partnership between patient and practitioner is essential in delivering the best healthcare practices from a cohesive balance of conventional, alternative, and complementary therapies.
While some of the treatments used may not be conventional, a guiding principle within integrative medicine is to use methods that have high-quality scientific evidence to support them and are fully physician-supervised.
