If you can eat 1 cup of fresh spinach a day, you will see the ultimate results. Not a fan of spinach? Kale is also a great veggie to eat regularly and has been trending the past few years. You can find lots of great kale salads at health conscious restaurants but be cautious on the dressings and toppings mixed in. Broccoli is another superfood that is full of Vitamins A, C, and K which helps with bone health.
Oats might be your favorite on this list and yes they are full of carbs but because of their fiber, the release of their sugars is slowed down. They also have 10 grams of protein for 1/2 cup serving which helps fuel your body with energy. Mix oats with fresh berries for a perfect start to your day.
